Day 3-Entrez 101 (and 102)

Today we used the NCBI Entrez search engine (click title for link). When we become comfortable with how to do searches and how to interpret search results, we will move on to pairwise sequence alignment, but the train isn't leaving until we are all on board :-)

The computer issues from Wednesday were fixed (thanks especially to Sue and Phil).

An online homework assignment is due Monday morning; we'll go over the problems in class.
